We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/01, 23:36 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/01, 20:15 UTC and that during the 3 hours 20 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 25.6% of customers experienced data access issues in West Central US for Log Analytics..
- Root Cause: The failure was due to a cache connection failure, which resulted in internal denial of service event.
