We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/20, 21:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/20, 18:54 UTC and impacted only few users in West Europe region.
  • Root Cause: Yet to determined.
We understand that customers rely on Azure Log Analytics as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

Root cause has been isolated to a cluster in West Europe. We mitigated the issue and data access using Log Analytics in West Europe region is now recovering. Some customers may experience errors and retry can be successful.
