We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 11/13, 14:40 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 11/13, 13:50 UTC and that during the 50 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers in Central India, North Europe and South East Asia regions might have experienced Data gaps, Data Latency and Alerting failure issues.
Root Cause: The failure was due to issue in one of our dependent services.
