We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 8/05, 22:26 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 8/05 17:58 UTC and that during the 4 hours and 28 minutes that it took to resolve the issue 1.5% of customers experienced alerting issues and data latency.

We continue to investigate issues within Log Search Alerts. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. Some customers continue to experience alerting issues and data latency. We are working to establish the start time for the issue, initial findings indicate that the problem began at 8/05 17:58 UTC. We currently have no estimate for resolution.
