Job Scheduler functionsfrom Microsoft SQL 2008....Are they provided for elsewhere in Azure

Hello Azure community.  We recently migrated an Application we purchased whihc was fixed-server based up to cloud and are now using Azure.  Quite pleased with the migration.

however, we have some large databases a nd a built in "refresh" of the expense related DB's which is not working well - used to use JobScheduler functions in SQL 2008.

Is there a new area of functionality that replaces this in Azure?  Any good resources or links?   Any help appreciated.  Thanks.
