Hello @Carol Bailey, Thanks for the info, I have a question about SIEM integration. As of now most of the SIEM tools supports integrating with Azure Event Hubs, but AIP logs can only be streamed to Log Analytics but not to Event Hubs. Thanks @Adam Jung , I had seen that before, but it seems like those are just "temporary problems" until everything is updated to support these new unified labels. Anyway, I'm not looking to split hairs here, so I'll just wait for future announcements.

@Mike Crowley we had a previous FAQ similar to this and pasted below. In short, you still need AIP licenses if you want to use the AIP client for downlevel versions of Office, to use the AIP scanner for on-premises files, etc. With the unified label management experience in the Security & Compliance...

@Adam JungCan you expand on that? Is it just that you don't have "anything to share at this time" or that there is a continued reason a customer would want to buy AIP vs the unified labels?

@Mike Crowley No there are currently no planned changes to Azure Information Protection licensing, meaning Azure Information Protection will continue to be part of EMS.
