When i send the email to apply azure AIP template then user received email like attachment.

Hi Support,

When i send the email to apply azure AIP template then user received email like attachment exist in this email but actually there is no attachment exist.

 

When the mail read then attachment automatically goen but some time attachment exist.

The email client must "understand" what an AIP/RMS template is in order to display an encrypted message. You can find a list of supported clients here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/requirements-applications

It sounds like the email client can open the protected email but it's initially displayed as an attachment? This is a known quirk of Outlook and can be fixed by adding additional usage rights to the template that is used to protect the original email.

 

From https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/information-protection/configure-usage-rights#usage-rights-an..., you'll see for Reply, Reply All, and Forward: "When you grant this right, also grant the Edit Content, Edit right (common name), and additionally grant the Save right (common name) to ensure that the protected email message is not delivered as an attachment."
