Write back of users from AAD to AD with Exchange Hybrid?

Is it possible to provision new users over Graph API and write them back to on-prem AD with Exchange Hybrid? All mailboxes are in Exchange Online.

You have to create your mailboxes using your On-Premises Exchange to synchronize to Office 365.

You can create using the powershell new-remotemailbox https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/federation-and-hybrid/new-remotemailbox?...
