We are rolling out Office 365 to all of our 30'000+ users and are shutting down all on-prem SharePoint instances by the end of the year.
What we have not yet solved, are problems that our citrix users are having when accessing sharepoint ressources from their Windows Explorer. The old way of using WebDAV Shortcuts doesn't work due to the need to select the User on one of the login screens after a user starts a new session (Reboot or another day)
We have ADFS so the users don't have to type their passwords from Citrix Servers.
Could this be optimized so the authentication happens completely in the background?
