in our Windows AD we are using dedicated ADM accounts for Admin tasks.
How are these accounts licensed for O365 and EMS functionality?
These accounts do not need Office 365 PP, or a mailbox, however they need MFA, PAM.
Do Exchange Online Admins need an Exchange Online License and SPO Admins an SPO License.
We would like to avoid to license for Admin to licenses, one for their user account and one for their admin account.
What is the best practice, preferred model or recommendation here?
