Storage quota limit exceeded

We are using Stream in our organisaztion and are very happy with the product. Bur since a couple of days all our users get the error: xxx.mp4 failed to upload. storage quota limit exceeded. Even if they want to upload a very small video and also other filetypes.

 

I'm aware of the quota limitations per tentant but I don't think we're close to the 10.000 video's per tenant. In our O365 admin console I'm not seeing any Stream usage. I already raise a ticket with our Microsoft Premier Support but they won't help us because Stream is still in "preview". Can you please help us?

Let me start by apologizing first - we accidently rolled out a change which should not have gone out. We are aware of this issue and are actively working on a hotfix to get this fixed ASAP.

 

We will post an update as soon as this is fixed. Thanks for being a Microsoft Stream customer.

2 - 3 Hours and things should be up and running again.

Solution

This should be fixed now. Please let us know if you are still running into these issues.

Unfortunally, the problem is still there...

Apperantly it took some time. It's working again now! thanks.
