[Request] Increase image file size limit when customizing Office 365 theme for organization

The 10 KB and 15 KB are Too small. as an admin I have unlimited OneDrive storage space, why not let us use at least 1MB of that for our Office 365 organization theme customization and put a decent image with decent quality in there.
