Exchange Connector for Access?

Copper Contributor

Is there an Exchange Connector for Access or is there a way to use the Exchange Connectors from PowerBI and Excel in Access?

Thanks in advance...

Todd,

Microsoft Access provides several methods of importing from, exporting to, inspecting / automating via VBA, and creating Linked Tables to Outlook / Microsoft Exchange Server, for contacts, folders and other content. Many of these even have wizard dialogs available to help in setup, such as can be found detailed here:

I hope that helps,

Thanks for the response Dan but these all appear to be Outlook connections, not Exchange connectors. I.e., they connect only to the Outlook client running on your computer not to the Exchange server.

I'll keep looking. Hard to believe Microsoft would build connectors for Exchange into Excel and PowerBI but not share them with Access!
