I purchased a Macbook pro14 and installed Office365 for Macbook.
When I launch Word and press text to speech (marked like A), it does not start reading.
Also, if I press the voice reading (marked like A) with a blank page, the voice reading pops up, but the voice selection in the gear (⚙) becomes "Alex" etc. and "Kyoko" cannot be selected.
By the way, I am using the Japanese version of the OS.
