We have a need to have the ability to block a customer from booking future appointments. The ideal functionality would be to have a checkbox on the customer record that can either be checked or unchecked allowing/blocking the customer from booking future appointments.

I use nimble links... bit of admin, but if you are shooting the invites out via email, you can put a time limit on the link so that after x number of days, the link stops from taking people to a calendar booking
Agreed - We have a pervert that keeps setting appointments that we want to block.
