I am one of the country's foremost subject matter experts on Workplace matters. The drive to work-life balance calls for a simple but critical feature in Office 365 - the ability for an administrator to easily temporarily shutoff access to 365 and then restore it as easily. The concept is that someone on PTO / vacation would now essentially been disconnected so that they could fully recharge. The company could schedule these temporary pauses in access to automatically initiate on the first day of PTO and perhaps be restored the day prior to return as a means to catch up. This is a HUGE issue right now in the workplace - the inability for our employees to fully disconnect. This feature, optional in nature, could allow firms committed to work-life balance to meet this calling.
