I think Microsoft start work with soft-art designs. Merge office, outlook ,calendar ,skype and Microsoft ad design with the soft-art that is enjoyable and easy access for team leaders, members and normal windows os user also.
My opinion is to implement soft-art into bing (only for Microsoft ad) that increases user satisfaction to use bing .
