In Yammer, it tells you if you did a general reply or if you actually replied to someone elses reply.
I think you can do the same function here, but best I can tell, it does not actually tell you what/who you replied to. Please a way of seeing if someone replied to the primary post, or to a reply in that post. Makes it hard to see where and why certain conversations came from.
