most of the organisations work on email sent form customers which are viewed in outlook. There are multiple folders created as per their process for segregation of process emails.
I work in a customer support team where we have multiple mailboxes and multiple folders in everyone of them.
Some cases get moved incorrectly to the deleted folder in a particular mailbox sometimes. If we can create reminders when moving certain snails from the actual mailbox it will make the user think if all the actions have been completed in that email before moving to deleted folder.
We are able to create reminders to meeting and follow up mails. If there is a way to create reminders to the emails in the primary folder to any other it would minimise the number of emails left out due to human error.
