To have a coherent and non-destabilizing operating system in use (even from touch) it would be necessary to avoid having the Title Bar customized, because the result is to have an inconsistent and not very intuitive and not very usable situation. The distance and size of the keys always varies at the discretion of each developer.
Perhaps the only customization to keep would be that of color.
