Block GIFs and other animated images from being displayed and saved in the MTC Member's Avatar.

Accessibility policies for people with disabilities introduce restrictions to remove screen elements (that are blinking all the time) and this is a nuisance for people with health problems, in addition to being disturbing and distracting, they are often just annoying!

I haven't seen animated Avatars in other Microsoft Forums - please support my idea 🙂
