Add Hands up function to the small camera box when sharing your screen in Microsoft Teams

Currently when sharing your screen in MS Teams you are unable to then put your hands up during the meeting without going back to MS Teams.  I tried it today with shortcut ctrl+shift k, whilst sharing our agenda in MS Word but this didn't work as effectively, you are in MS Word, not MS Teams.  Please could the hands up function be added to the bar on the small camera which pops up when sharing.  Currently there are microphone, camera, screen sharing and leave call options.  If this was to include the hands up function and other actions e.g. clapping this would be great.  The person sharing their screen is not always the person presenting as may have been assumed.
