      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my organiztion working with VDI workstations , the settings in the Skype is not saved&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tired to save the registry value in this location :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync&lt;BR /&gt;HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And folder in this location :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AppData\Roaming\Skype\RootTools&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Lync&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But is doesn't work , i have also the&amp;nbsp; "Dynamic Environment Manager" but i dont know where is the Setting location saved , the most importent is the Volume that change every logout and login to station&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone can help my with that , Thanks in advance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am hoping someone can help with this one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are removing the old cyphers from a customers inhouse Skype for Business 2015 implementation, but we have come across a problem. We used iiscrypto to remove the old cyphers on the edge, proxy and skype server and they seemed to work okay, but we then heard from the customer to say the phones aren't connecting in to the Skype Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way we have managed to resolve this is to roll back to use the old cyphers, can anyone help me to remove the old cyphers and keep the clients working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Client - Skype for Business 2016 (16.0.5065.1000)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Server - Skype for Business 2015 (6.0.9319.548)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;alamb200&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On a test client I installed the beta channel with the version 2103 (&lt;SPAN&gt;Build 13806.20000&lt;/SPAN&gt;). The problem persists even in that version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Microsoft should fix that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

How can I get that removed? All my affected users (well, that I was able to confirm) are using the stand-alone Skype for Business. They aren't licensed for the suite.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know Skype for Business is reaching it's EOL soon so maybe when we move to Teams as org policy it won't matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There's a likelihood you might choose port 443, but if that machine has Skype for Business Server 2019 installed on it, or is going to have Skype for Business Server 2019 installed on it, then you must choose a different port number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why is this the case? If Windows Admin Center 2019 is running on port 443, you will not be able to connect to the server using the Skype for Business Control Panel, nor will you be able to connect to any internal web service running on the server (Address Book Web Service, Autodiscover Service, WebTicket Service, etc). In fact, you will not be able to connect to any Internal Web Service URL. Please choose a different port, in the event you need or want to put Windows Admin Center 2019 on a server with Skype for Business Server 2019.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your number is in Skype for Business you do not have to transfer it, you can move your users to Teams Only and continue using the phone number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using Skype, it will not be end of life, that consumer edition of Skype will continue. But you can transfer your number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Depending on what country your number belongs to you might use a wizard.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P class="x-hidden-focus"&gt;The desktop apps for Skype and Skype for Business recognise my camera without any issues, but when I accept a meeting invitation using the Skype for Business&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;web app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;(tested on Chrome and Microsoft Edge, both on Windows 10 - fully up-to-date), I can't access my camera, nor can I select any cameras from the video settings menu during the meeting. The app thinks I don't have any cameras installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried 2 different webcams, which both work perfectly in other conferencing apps, but SFB web app gives me the same error each time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also made sure that all browsers and web apps have access to all webcams.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you help me with this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I hope you will be able to help me with this question.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In company I work for, we have a skype number set up. We use this skype number for our customer service. Now, since skype is about to reach EOL, and we would like to have better control over this account we want to transfer this number to Teams.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This number ,account was created years ago and it was requested as a new number. Therefore, the provider for this number is SKYPE/MICROSOFT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have read bunch of articles and tutorials on how to port a number to teams, however this (wheatear done by automated wizard in office of send manually to PSTN service desk) requires a lot of information that I don't have. I have credentials to this skype account, phone number that is associated with it, but I can not figure out how to transfer it to teams.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you please advise ? Changed to this laptop about Three months ago, befor I had an Three years old HP EliteBook likely a G2/G3. The old laptop worked just fine without issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is equal under Skype och Teams (the ones I have used regularely). The mic works fine for a while, the time it works is very inconsistent. All needed to get it to work again is to hang up the meeting and the reconnect. No need to turn of the device, turon off Bluetooth or anything, just disconnect the meeting and the reconnect. Thats why I thought it was partly an software issue, except from that I had both laptops running under win10 and no issue on the old one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From reading this thread I assume the issue has to do with the Bluetooth hardware Component in the laptops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know if H-P has recognized the issue? And maybe confirmd that it is a hardware issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/Mat&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I'm in one of the sovereign MS365 cloud instances and we are transitioning from Skype for Business online to Teams. in the Teams Upgrade window there is a "Notify Skype for Business users that an upgrade to Teams is available" switch. When it is turned on, Skype displays a blue banner at the top with a "Try it" button. With the "Download the Teams all in the background for Skype for Business users" switch turned on, if a user clicks the "Try it" button before the client install has been downloaded to their machine, it will launch a browser and send the user to the public teams site (teams.microsoft.com). This will cause an error when the user tries to login. Is there any registry or file that can be changed to cause the 'Try it" button to redirect the user to the appropriate sovereign cloud's URL?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;have been using Skype for Business Web app to connect with my clients who use the Business App.&amp;nbsp; For many months now there have been no issues.&amp;nbsp; As of November 30th or December 1st - I now get that error on both a Chrome and Edge browser on my Windows 10 based PC.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I worked with HP Laptop support and they updated everything including the BIOS to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Has something changed in Skype that is now causing this issue and is there a solution to it.&amp;nbsp; Also can I use my personal Skype account to connect to a Skype Business meeting?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I can successfully log into the call but I continuously get this error.&amp;nbsp; I shut down the browser, restarted it, restarted the computer and all failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I would appreciate some assistance or a solution!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="skype issue 1.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/237808i19425BB5A0E565D4/image-size/large?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="skype issue 1.png" alt="skype issue 1.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Found this thread yesterday and it has been a fascinating read.&amp;nbsp; We have Poly VVX 411s and migrated from SfB to Teams in Jan. this year.&amp;nbsp; All users are now Teams only.&amp;nbsp; Our IT staff have all migrated to headsets working with the Teams desktop client.&amp;nbsp; We'd like to move all users that direction but will always have some users that "require" a handset.&amp;nbsp; As new phones are needed we've moved to CCX 400/500/600s but we can't replace 1600 VVX 411s at once.&amp;nbsp; About 2 weeks ago, some 411 users reported they could no longer add a 3rd user to an ongoing call.&amp;nbsp; I've tested and when using the 411, adding another caller shows "Connecting to Conference" followed by "The conference service is unresponsive. Try again later."&amp;nbsp; Tapping Meet Now on the 411 has the same result.&amp;nbsp; Is this expected behavior for a 3PIP phone or do we have something misconfigured with our Skype to Teams interop?&amp;nbsp; Looking at &lt;A href="https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-and-skypeforbusiness-coexistence-and-interoperability" target="_self"&gt;Interoperability of Teams and SfB&lt;/A&gt;, is this what is meant here?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Escalating an ongoing peer-to-peer voice or video call to a multiple-party call involving both Teams and Skype for Business users isn't supported.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our 411s are on FW&amp;nbsp;6.3.0.14929 and paired with the user's device using BToE 4.3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp; Many of the issues and solutions discussed in this thread mimic what we've experienced since moving to Teams.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But the problem isn't ringing. It rings, that's the problem ;-). And in this forum thread you see that there are multiple environments with the same issue. It must be something in the push notifications back-end for the iphones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We are currently running Skype for Business 2015, CU11 hotfix 1 (KB3061064).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i receive a call, my phone and desktop are ringing. When i pick up fast (within 1 or 2 seconds), i got the call on my desktop, but my phone keeps ringing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone else with the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IOS 14.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SfB 7.27.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dell Latitude 7390&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10, 20H2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SfB 2016 - 16.0.5080.1000&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mark&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Hopefully someone at MS will come across this feed and work on a bug fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have one conference room that I was planning to put a Yealink T55a phone.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to choose the license required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the room is being used for a web based meeting, they will use a PC logged in as a user that is already fully licensed and they can join or host the meeting as required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The T55a would primarily be used to join an audio conference only or be able to make outbound calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is a CAP license with a calling plan or communication credits added sufficient for this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
