      <title>BCC missing from emails - External contacts only</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I was wondering if anyone has recently came across the BCC field is missing from sent emails when its external contacts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Have tried many different options from Google suggestions along with trying to add it in via Developer mode etc and can not get the BCC to appear at all. This is happening for myself and many other users within the organisation. Seems to have happened randomly recently and unable to get to the bottom of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Unable to view it within Outlook or OWA. When sending emails to internal users via BCC they appear without issue, happening only with external.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I requested that my organisation enable the &lt;A href="https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2015/09/30/likes-and-mentions-coming-to-outlook-on-the-web/" target="_self"&gt;Likes and Mentions&lt;/A&gt; to our OWA but received this response&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately this feature is only available for Microsoft 365 subscribers who host email on Microsoft's cloud service. We currently host email internally, so this can't be enabled. Sorry about that&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This seems a bit odd to me that it would be limited to this. Does anyone have any experience enabling this on an internal service?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Children associated with some random Family Group and can't be removed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My daughters laptop was becoming pretty much unusable so I formatted it over the weekend. When connecting it back to her Microsoft account, I then learnt that she was part of some Family Group associated with an Organizer that I have no idea where it has come from, it's some random gmail.com account and name I've never seen, and to make things worse it seems my son is also in this group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because they are children, they can not click on anything that allows them to remove themselves from the family group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then escalated a case to Microsoft (&lt;SPAN&gt;1028218745) and was informed there is literally no way to manually remove my childrens account from some foreign family group, and the actual recommendation from a supervisor that they close their account and create a new one.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Now I understand the security conundrum here, that the whole idea of a Family Account is that children can't remove themselves from it. But this also introduces a pretty major security issue that any malicious person out there could request kids join a random family group and if the kids were to accept the request to join, then there are pretty much stuck there for good.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Surely there is a way to address this? The Office365 support stuck to the script and pretty much said can't do anything manually at all. Things can always be done manually, its a matter of whether people are willing to do so, and at this time I can't find anyone in Microsoft who is willing to do it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recommendations?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Repeated requests to add new senders to safe list</title>

In some cases there are attachments or links in those emails but other times they just contain text so I'm not sure what Microsoft believes it has blocked. I don't think this is an issue with safe attachments or safe links, the mails usually arrive in his Inbox as opposed to Junk and he hasn't set any junk email filters.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a Microsoft 365 Standard package plus Defender for Office 365 Plan 1 subscription. No one else in our organisation is facing this issue on every new senders email they receive which suggests the problem isn't being caused by a global setting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Howdy,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have setup 4 user's laptops (Windows 10) on our new Office 365 Business Standard package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All laptops use the same email address for Microsoft personal &amp;amp; business accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(we get the prompt "Work/School or Personal" when accessing Microsoft online)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to a Microsoft support person this is what they are encouraging now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 setups work perfectly, have both blue &amp;amp; white clouds in the system tray (for business &amp;amp; personal files) with "OneDrive" and "OneDrive - &amp;lt;our domain name&amp;gt;" folders in explorer and c:\users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 laptop is refusing to load OneDrive business.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No blue cloud in system tray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No "OneDrive - &amp;lt;our domain name&amp;gt;" folder in explorer or c:\users\&amp;lt;username&amp;gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried reinstalling OneDrive (from &lt;A href="https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-365/onedrive/download" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-365/onedrive/download&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried reinstalling Office 365 (from &lt;A href="http://www.office.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;www.office.com&lt;/A&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't tried the "Add an account" button in the OneDrive personal settings yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could this work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The situation: several hundreds shared drives which are &lt;STRONG&gt;automatically created based&lt;/STRONG&gt; on information in a Project Management System (think of a project with a name and list of employees working on it).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only the employees working on the project can have access to folder associated to the project.&lt;BR /&gt;All employees have same access rights then : write access&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Access rights to folder are sync with the project staffing&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As the company is migrating to Office 365 we needs to replicate that mechanism whereby when a new project is created a space to manage the project documents shall be created&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Users are used to accessing the documents through the windows explorer and they want to keep it like it. There is no metadata associated to the files. project folders can contains up to several hundreds MB of data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I understand onedrive is a personal drive but can be used to share documents to others. I also hear that the folder is owned by an employee, which is not the case in the use case described above.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the other side SharePoint can seems to be overkill as the users do not care about metadata and web access.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The ability to edit concurrently a document is required.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So, SharePoint or OneDrive as the target solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Frank&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've created an account scannerATcompany.com to use with our ScanSnap scanner. Scanned documents will be sent to this account's OneDrive which triggers a PowerAutomate workflow.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;For employees who don't have access to the scanner, we want them to email a photo of a packing slip. We have several offices which all have their own SharePoint sites where these packing slips need to be processed. So, for example, the NY office would email newyork.packingslipATcompany.com (an alias for scannerATcompany.com). The exchange rule would move any emails with attachments addressed to newyork.packingslipATcompany.com to the NYPackingSlip email folder. This would trigger a PowerAutomate workflow specific to that folder and begin the process of moving the file to the New York SharePoint site.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Ultimately, I want to use one user account to trigger five different PowerAutomate workflows. I just don't really see how I can make this work without creating five different email accounts; which seems overkill and expensive for our needs.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to migrate an onprem old Exchange server to a new mail server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All users are already using Office 365, but have not currently set up email with Exchange Online.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Migrating from Exchange onprem to Exchange Online wouldn't be a problem, but the user experience could be the main limitation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every day most of people of the organization send a lot of email with high resolutions photos as attachment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, with onprem Exchange users aren't&amp;nbsp;experiencing any particular issues as they delegate the send-receive activity to their onprem exchange server and their local Outlooks respond excellently.&lt;BR /&gt;Subsequently, however, the bulk of the weight would fall on the outlook of each user with a delay and an overload that could lead to functional hang.&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone faced similar scenarios and have any suggestions on how to prevent the local outlook from becoming the bottleneck?&amp;nbsp;Thanks in advance for any help or suggestion you should give me&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We tested this to ensure it works as expected with a handful of users, and are planning to roll it out more widely as we simultaneously roll out MDM using Intune.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a couple users who have been using the Authenticator app to validate their logins, and they've been getting the Approve/Deny prompt. However, now that we've enrolled their phones in Intune, they are instead getting a 'choose the matching number' prompt instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are not configured for Passwordless login (it's on the list to look into, but we're just not there yet), so I know that's not it, and these are the same users who were getting just the approval request before. Is this expected behavior once their phone is in Intune, or can anyone tell me if there something else that might cause this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to run an eDiscovery Search across all 100k+ mailboxes with messages from a specific sender/ author AND with a specific Subject.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issues is we have A3 licensing and we are limited to 10k mailboxes per search.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried creating groups and importing a list of 10k users via CSV but my Powershell sessions either take FOREVER or times out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Import-Csv -Path C:\StuGrp1.csv | foreach{Add-DistributionGroupMember -Identity StudentGroup1 -Member $_.Mail}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What other options to I have to run this type of search and bypass these limits?&amp;nbsp; From what I am given I don't really have any options to limit my scope by anything else.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tired to search one month at a time but that still searches across 100k+ mailboxes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ian...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm not enjoying it's way to manage and support me, so i want to create a Microsoft 365 Business for my self, so I can manage it by my self.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Although when I try to create a Microsoft 365 with my domain, I receive an error message regarding that the domain is linked with another account, even though I have total control of the domain DNS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reseller refuses to delete my domain from his account. How can I proceed so I can manage my domain by my self? I have note for the administrator email.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hola Estoy trabajando en mejorar la calidad del audio transmitido&amp;nbsp; a travez de amateur radios &amp;amp; en la cancelacion de interferencias causadas por leds principalmente.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Este año estamos en la parte mas baja de la avtividad solar lo que dificulta la propagacion de las ondas radiales y hay dias en que no se puede&amp;nbsp; uno comunicar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Los filtros pasivos ayudan algo, pero ahora con la posibilidad de digitalizar el audio remover las partes de interferencia y volver a analogica la señal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Es un proyecto que&amp;nbsp; produce satisfacciones porque se logran resultados.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hace unos meses encontre un dispositivo que su creador hizo hace mucho tiempo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Puso 2 antenas, una para referencia y otra para transmision. aparte hizo un transformador donde las señales de las dos antenas estan en contrafase. Unos potenciometros y un amplificador atenuador para cada circuito.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lo fantastico es que con practica uno logra anular una señal invirtiendo las fases.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Es increible lo que hacemos cuando debemos resolver un problema.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Saludos a todos&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As the admin I haven’t found any explicit setting to block guess group additions from only the outlook client, since we can add them via owa. Is this just a bad error message and it is impossible to add external group members via outlook , or is there some outlook client specific setting to allow this . No one in our organization uses owa, so it is cumbersome to have to connect to owa just for this purpose.</description>

      <title>Outlook Version 2108 Shared Calendar Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We are having an issue with our Shared Calendars in outlook. On the left hand side where you have your calendars un-checked, they just keeping loading and removing theme selves. Sometimes this causes outlook to crash. I have tried going back to 2107 and it made things worse. Couldn't even go to calendar without Outlook crashing. I un-installed office, rebooted couple times, re-installed office 2108. This made my outlook more stable but still having issues with Shared Calendars removing theme selves/re-adding themselves. Even when you delete the calendars, the ones that were glitching before, will just re-appear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has happened with 5 employees so far. All have been here a long time with a lot of shared calendars on the left hand side.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any additional info you need, let me know. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to know how i can check a computer for any incompatible software before i run the Office 365 Install routine with Click2Run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Situation:&lt;BR /&gt;I have here a few software developer with a lot of installed software (SQL Server, C++ routines etc.)&lt;BR /&gt;They use Office 2016, Visio 2016 and MS Project 2016 also (installed with .msi installers).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know, when i want to install Office365 with Click2Run there will be a message that says that is not possible to install Click2Run and MSI products on the same machine i will have to uninstall Office 2016, Visio 2016 and MS Project 2016 first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can i preckeck if there are other incompatible products on the system before i uninstall anything ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I do not want to remove Office 2016, Visio 2016 and Project 2016 and then see that there are a lot of other programms that are not compatible with Office365 click2run technology - these developer machines are quite complex and i do not want to crash these development environments because i had to uninstall a software to get Office365 to run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you very much for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(Pass-through Authentication)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;We have Domain Controller with Single Forest and Multiple Domain Controller&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Users are Configured with Multifactor Authentication&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some users are not happy when their local AD Password changes after 30 Days (As Per Organizational Policy) the Microsoft Challenges them to re-enter newly change AD Password in some cases and MFA prompt however Microsoft Outlook 2013 (Desktop Version) does not ask to re-enter password the reason could be we had to save Application Password (App Password).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, One Drive Sync Client also asks for a re-authentication like Microsoft Team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Question :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way so we can bypass this password prompt / MFA prompt once a user changes the local AD Password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have hybrid set up in place with azure ad connect. Pw write back is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can change a users password on azure portal and the account on my on prem AD gets updated immediately with the option "change password at next log on" as well as the new pw. If a user attempts to log in to a domain joined pc, they get prompted to change their temp pw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if i do this directly from office 365, and i'd prefer this since it generates a random password, nothing happens. The new password does not get synced to ad on prem nor the option "change pw at next log on"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Force Password Change On LogOn is set to enabled in azure ad. I've tried to force delta sync/import/full import etc, nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Some emails forwarding, some not</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In our environment, we use the Spiceworks help desk system. Recently, we moved from their on-prem solution to the cloud solution which required us to modify our internal email address (&lt;A href="mailto:helpdesk@domain" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;helpdesk@domain&lt;/A&gt;) to forward to the new email address assigned by their system. Previously, their old solution would just accept the mail delivered to this account to create the service tickets. This has worked for about half the company but the others are having the email delivered to the inbox of that account, which I now have to monitor so I can manually create the tickets submitted. I've only been in this environment for a couple of years, but the accounts created are both ones I've created and ones that were created before my arrival. Also, there are numerous accounts I created that are working fine, meaning their emails are forwarded to the ticketing system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure where to start on this one. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Azure AD administrators should be able to assign a reserved alias to a new group. At least, that’s what the documentation says. As it turns out, this isn’t strictly true as there are places where administrative interfaces (GUI and PowerShell) block any attempt to use reserved aliases. Does this matter? Probably not, unless you like consistency… which we do!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a question about inserting a jpg photo into photo frame clipart on Word 365.&amp;nbsp; The frame clipart I would like to use has flowers and leaves that extend into the area where the photo goes.&amp;nbsp; How do I properly position the photo so that it is behind these flowers and leaves?&amp;nbsp; When I clicked "send to back" then the photo goes behind the frame image and can't be seen.&amp;nbsp; I've tried "Send backward" and "Send behind text", neither of which do anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already spent a lot of time, using Paint 3d, on other similar frame-photo combos to remove the middle of the frame, but it gets time-consuming and tricky to try to eliminate the small spaces between the flowers and leaves.&amp;nbsp; I was just wondering if there was another easier way to do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The email test button in Track-It results with&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; -- Failure sending mail. [System.Net.Mail.SmtpException]&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; -- Unable to read data from the transport connection: net_io_connectionclosed. MS support would like me to install exchange 2016 to isolate if the issue is related to sbs2011. I believe I get an exchange 2016/2019 license as part of o365? how do I license and download the install file?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They want to always have the correct contact info for all employees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have set up their o365 accounts on their phones and the local outlook contacts are syncing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But how do I get all employees contacts into everyones outlook contacts. I know this is easily done manually adding the contacts in Outlook - but I would very much like a solution that just pushes the contacts from the GAL to every user. Is this possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We applied license&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been a few days and no mailbox is showing in O365!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We go to on-prem Exchange... we see the user in EAC as an O365 mailbox!&amp;nbsp; How do we get this mailbox to show up in O365???&amp;nbsp; What are we missing from the re-enabling of this user?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

By default, everyone is added to the three year policy but some users may need additional retention and thus added to the other policies. Membership for the 5 and 10 year policies is done manually as dynamic group membership is sadly not supported.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;According to this &lt;A href="https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/create-retention-policies?view=o365-worldwide" target="_self"&gt;document link,&lt;/A&gt; retention policies configured for specific inclusions or exclusions don't support inactive mailboxes. So, my 5 and 10 year policy are considered specific since they only apply to those members added.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;Question: If a user is added to the 5 or 10 year policy, and then we delete the user object, does the mailbox become an inactive mailbox subject to the 5 or 10 year policy?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Bonjour,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C'est un chat avec Microsoft ce matin que me redirige vers cette communauté technique.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depuis hier, il m'est impossible d'utiliser l'option d'impresssion personnalisée d'un document word (Microsoft 365) composé de 2 sections. L'écriture "p27s2-p35s2" reste sans effet. Son équivalence sans tenir compte des sections "33-41" reste également sans effet. Les jours précédents (même la veille) je ne rencontrais aucun problème avec une telle option d'impression. Il m'est cependant possible d'imprimer la page active. Il m'est également possible d'imprimer toutes le pages d'un document Word.       <title>Request: Option to change the default sender of shared mailbox for new messages and reply/forward</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know, others had raised the question/request before. But because until today I haven't found a suitable solution, it is still in issue for me. We use a shared mailbox added as an additional mailbox in the outlook client (in advanced account settings).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once a month we send E-mails to customers from that mailbox concerning Windows Updates. The default for new messages however is the personal E-mail/mailbox. In most cases, the shared is used for answering incoming qustions for which we use the personal E-mail. Also for that wie have to manually switch the sender - replies are sent by default from the shared mailbox.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also know that the administrator (Microsoft 365) can remove the Send As persmission, so that all E-mails would be sent from the personal mailbox (mentioned in &lt;A href="https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/change-default-email-address-of-shared-mailbox/79785639-cc10-4cd6-a703-5cc777169717" target="_self"&gt;this post&lt;/A&gt;). However, that would completely remove the switch option to select the shared mailbox. Therefore, it's not really a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course, it's not a big thing to manually change the sender E-mail, but it's really annoying that the default can't be changed. The user should have the option to individually select what is more often used.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Was looking at Office 2019 and wondering what is the best / recommended way of swapping around Outlook pst and ost files seamlessly. Do I uninstall Office 365 and then install Office 2019 or is that not necessary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Word and Excel should not be a problem as I understand the Docx and Xlx are compatible between the two.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>On premises synced DL's not showing up in new Address list</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have some Distribution lists syncing from on premises however when we ran command below to create a new address list :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;New-AddressList -Name "Testing distribution list" -RecipientFilter "((RecipientType -eq 'MailUniversalDistributionGroup') -and (EmailAddresses -like 'SMTP:@domain.com'))"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;But in this new address list we are not able to see distribution lists in OWA. it shows as blank&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I checked and the distribution list is also not hidden from GAL as hiddenfromaddresslist is set to False&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Outlook layout change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from one moment to another part of my outlook design changed from picture A to picture B - and I really don't like it. On another laptop with my account, the design is still the variant A. Even part of my the first laptop, like the sent items, are still V A. So I don't think it's an update, it seems more like a setting, but it just can't find it.
