Hi,

I am using Excel since 1999, but never took a liking to Templates.

Though there are pretty useful templates available there, yet I felt not much work was done or effort was made to popularize them among the general users. If someone is looking for a template, they might be able to find and use them but it has never been referred as a first place to start. Looks design heavy but less useful on functionality.

It would be much better if users suggestions and feedback is taken regarding TOPICS and CONTENTS before developing the Templates. That would make them much more useful.

I would recommend reading the help content at IF function - Office Support (microsoft.com).

And after that if you still have issues perhaps you might get help by posting on the Welcome to the Excel group. (microsoft.com).

I'm not allowed to do the survey because I don't have a corporate or business account. I am just a private (retired) citizen. But I have occasionally looked at templates. I have yet to see one that would actually satisfy me. In general, my impression is that too many of the people who create them spend too much of their energy making them look pretty and not enough on basic functionality. I've even seen it happen that in the interest of aesthetics they'll hide such things as tables used for data validation from the user, so that the tables aren't accessible. That's inconsiderate on top of being stupid.

So although the general concept of templates is really good--and admittedly my experience is limited--I'd like to see more attention paid to making them functional, with good documentation explaining how they can be extended or personalized. In the absence of that, I think they're only good as starting points, and really of limited use even there.

I very recently installed office 2016 and a few days back I updated win 10 November update. Now only excel does not open files. Ever time I open any excel file, the message appears as "This file is corrupted and cannot be opened"

I unchecked all protected view options, then repaired office using setup. But nothing helps and the problem persists.

What else I could do?

Do you search online for them? Do you visit the Office templates website? Or do you use Premium templates? If you are doing any of those things then we would love to learn from you and hear your thoughts on templates. We will use your answers to help improve the templates experience. My Powerpoint for Mac is Office 365 Subscription, Version 16.32
The icon is already on the place on insert ribbon, but whenever I click on the icon, always appear new window bar to locate/seacrh the items. I can use it, cause I have no 3D model file in my laptop.

Word (on the web) is available in 97 languages including these right-to-left languages: Arabic, Dari, Hebrew, Persian (Farsi), Sindhi, Urdu and Uyghur. We’d like to hear your opinions on the quality of the user experience and translations in these seven languages.

Have you had any issues with the editing experience? Have you seen issues with the localization or directionality of text in the menus? When you are editing, do bullets and numbers display correctly? When using native digits, does the experience differ to the desktop app? Have you seen layout or text justification issues in dialogs? Or maybe, you’d like to try some of the recently added features like Inserting a table of contents, Using @mentions to tag someone for feedback and Transform you Word document into a Sway web page (available to O365 subscribers only).

Data Streamer provides students with a simple way to bring data from the physical world in and out of Excel’s powerful digital canvas. With a sensor connected to a microcontroller that is attached to Excel, students will be introducted to the emerging worlds of data science and the internet of things.

Data Streamer is available for free to all Office 365 subscribers in 97 languages and we are having a competition for the month of July 2019 to get your views on the translations used and user experience of the Excel Data Streamer add-in in your language. Office 製品の日本語のユーザー名の表示で、姓と名前の順序が逆になっている問題　―　修正済み。

Office 365 for Windows Desktop – May 2019 Release details

On May 29^th, 2019, Microsoft released Office for Windows Desktop version 1905 (Build 11629.20196). Our Global team translated this update into 44 languages as well as helping the PowerPoint team ship Live captions and subtitles. This cool new feature allows you to transcribe your words as you present and display them on-screen as captions in the same language you are speaking, or as subtitles translated into another language. This can help accommodate individuals in the audience who may be deaf or hard of hearing, or more familiar with another language, respectively. Live captions & subtitles in PowerPoint supports any of 12 spoken languages as voice input. It can can display on-screen captions for the audience in the same language as the presenter is speaking, or show translated subtitles in 62 languages.

Here are some of the other new features that shipped in this release:

Collaborate more effectively with @Mentions in Comments: Collaboration just became a whole lot easier! Now you can @mention teammates in document, spreadsheet or presentation comments and they will automatically receive an email notification drawing them into the document, spreadsheet or presentation. This new functionality is in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

Switch seamlessly: The new account manager shows all your Office 365 work and personal accounts in one place. Switching between them has never been easier. Just click your name and picture at the top right of the window. If you've already added your account to Office, click the account name. Otherwise, select Sign in with a different account and follow the sign-in prompts. You will see this in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Word.

Co-authoring merge improvements: Co-authoring in Excel has improved the merge success rate when working with conditional formatting, cell styles, range protection, view gridlines, and cross-sheet cut/paste.

Learning Tools mode has additional support for more page colours: Learning Tools in Word adds support for more page theme colours, which allows the changing of the background colour of the page. Many people have challenges reading with an all-white or all-black background, so we’ve expanded the choice of colours in Word on PC and Mac.

A quicker way to add accounts: Thanks to account setup improvements, it's easier than ever to add Outlook.com and Gmail accounts that use 2-factor authentication to Outlook.

Office 365 for Mac - March 2019 Release details

On March 12^th, 2019, Microsoft released Office 365 for Mac Version 16.23 (Build 19030902) in 27 languages. Our Office International team was responsible for translating this release. You will see the following features when you update to it:

In Excel, there are six new powerful functions to supercharge your spreadsheets on the Mac platform: FILTER, SORT, SORTBY, UNIQUE, SEQUENCE and RANDARRAY.

In PowerPoint, you now have better shapeshifting: Name your shapes for more control about how they morph and get the perfect transition. Not sure what this is then watch the video…

- I've noticed that Microsoft is not doing much with Sway, rather the appearance that it is not doing anything to advance Sway. I think Sway is a great way to present information vs. PowerPoint, but it seems to be losing out on updates to make it better.

I'll check UserVoice and put in a request if it is not there.

Hi - live captions & subtitles is coming to PowerPoint for Windows, Mac, and Online, and live captions was just announced as coming soon to Microsoft Teams as well (https://www.theverge.com/2019/3/19/18272357/microsoft-teams-video-background-customization-whiteboard-live-events-features). There are no announced plans for live captioning/subtitling in Sway, but I would recommend that you share a feature request / suggestion with the product team via the UserVoice page if you'd like to see it :) : https://sway.uservoice.com/forums/264674-sway-suggestion-box

A great presentation can inspire us to think about something in an entirely different way or bring a group together around a common idea or project. But not everyone experiences presentations in the same way. We may speak a different language from the presenter, or be a native speaker in another language, and some of us are deaf and hard of hearing. So, what if speakers could make their presentations better understood by everyone in the room? Now they can with live captions & subtitles in PowerPoint. It was launched last December for the International day of person with disabilities.

Are you using an Office Insider Slow or Insider Fast build on a Windows 10 or Mac device? Do you give presentations in your line of work? If so, we would love you to try out live captions & subtitles in PowerPoint, a feature developed as a cross-company collaboration between our Global Office, PowerPoint, Speech and Translator teams. We are running a competition on this feature from March 19^th to April 7^th 2019 in advance of the upcoming general release of the feature to all Office 365 subscribers.

PowerPoint live captions and subtitles allows you to transcribe your words as you present and display them on-screen as captions in the same language you are speaking, or as subtitles translated into another language. This can help accommodate individuals in the audience who may be deaf or hard of hearing, or more familiar with another language, respectively. Set up captions & subtitles

You can choose which language you want to speak while presenting, and which language the caption/subtitle text should be shown in (i.e. if you want it to be translated). You can select the specific microphone you want to be used (if there is more than one microphone connected to your device), the position where the subtitles appear on the screen (bottom or top, and overlaid or separate from slide), and other display options. We recommend using external microphones like headsets or conferencing mics (mic arrays) for the best possible experience.

On the Slide Show ribbon tab, select Subtitle Settings. Or (Windows only) you can adjust the settings without leaving your presentation through the context menu, Slide Show or Presenter View menus > Subtitle Settings > More Settings.
Use Spoken Language to see the voice languages that PowerPoint can recognize and select the one you want. This is the language that you will be speaking while presenting. (By default, this will be set to the language corresponding to your Office editing language.)
Use Subtitle Languageto see which languages PowerPoint can display on-screen as captions or subtitles and select the one you want. This is the language of the text that will be shown to your audience. By default, this will be the same language as your Spoken Language, but it can be a different language, meaning that translation will occur.
In the Subtitle Settings menu, set the desired position of the captions or subtitles. They can appear over the top or bottom margin of the slide (overlaid), or they can appear above the top or below the bottom of the slide (docked). The default setting is Below Slide.
More appearance settings are available by clicking Subtitle Settings > More Settings (Windows) / System Caption Preferences. You can change the color, size, transparency, and font style of the subtitles. You can change the background to improve contrast and make text easier to read.

Insert Online Pictures: Search the web for pictures within Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Just go to the insert tab and click the Online Pictures icon.
In PowerPoint you now have Summary Zoom: See all of the pieces of your presentation at once in an interactive table of contents. When presenting, get the flexibility you need to be creative and show your slides in any order, skip ahead or jump back as needed.

These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the operation of the Office International Tech Community Simplified Ribbon Sweepstake November/December 2018 (“Sweepstakes”). Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA, 98052, USA, is the Sweepstakes sponsor (“Sponsor”).

DEFINITIONS
In these Rules, "Microsoft", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Sponsor and “you” and "yourself" refers to a Sweepstakes participant, or the parent/legal guardian of any minor Sweepstakes entrant. By entering you (your parent/legal guardian if you are a minor) agree to be bound by these rules.

ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes starts at 4 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on November 22^nd, 2018, and ends at 3:59 p.m. PT on December 16^th, 2018 (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY
To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older who is an active member of the Microsoft Tech Community (to join for free, visit techcommunity.microsoft.com). Minors must have consent of a parent or legal guardian. And, You are NOT a resident of any of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. 

Employees and directors of Microsoft Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and Sweepstakes Parties are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this promotion, or the family members of each above (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household). Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER

You will receive one Sweepstakes entry when you “complete and submit the Simplified Ribbon Survey” in the Office International Community @ https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Office-International/ct-p/MicrosoftTranslation.

We are not responsible for excess, lost, late, or incomplete entries. If disputed, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address, social media account, or other method used to enter.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Pending confirmation of eligibility, potential prize winners will be selected by Microsoft or their Agent in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received within 7 days following the Entry Period.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry no more than 7 days following the drawing with prize claim instructions, including submission deadlines. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return any Forms, the selected winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected time allowing. If you are a potential winner and you are 18 or older, but are considered a minor in your place of legal residence, we may require your parent or legal guardian to sign all required forms on your behalf. Only three alternate winners will be selected, after which unclaimed prizes will remain unawarded.

The following prizes will be awarded:

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Package is $100 per winner.
The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $300

We will only award one (1) prize package per person/company/language during the Entry Period. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Microsoft reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Prizes will be sent no later than 28 days after winner selection. Prize winners may be required to complete and return prize claim and / or tax forms (“Forms”) within the deadline stated in the winner notification. Taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting a prize. By accepting a prize, you agree that Microsoft may use your entry, name, image and hometown online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with this Sweepstakes without payment or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.

ODDS
The odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the extent allowed by law, by entering you agree to release and hold harmless Microsoft and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.

All local laws apply. The decisions of Microsoft are final and binding.

We reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this Sweepstakes for any reason, including cheating, technology failure, catastrophe, war or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that affects the integrity of this Sweepstakes, whether human or mechanical. If the integrity of the Sweepstakes cannot be restored, we may select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Sweepstakes. Rules violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and may be banned from participation in Microsoft Sweepstakes.

GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Washington for any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes.

Ativar a Faixa de Opções Simplificada

No Word Online e no PowerPoint Online, você precisará entrar com uma conta pessoal da Microsoft por meio de http://onedrive.live.com. A Faixa de Opções Simplificada deverá estar ativada por padrão, mas caso não esteja, você poderá usar o botão de alternância como mostrado. Ele aparece no topo da tela à direita. Se você não vir o botão, infelizmente a Faixa de Opções Simplificada do Office ainda não está disponível para você. Ele deverá estar disponível em breve, por isso não deixe de conferir!

Alterar o idioma no Word Online ou PowerPoint Online Se tiver entrado com uma conta da Microsoft, para ver seu OneDrive em um idioma diferente, selecione Configurações na parte superior da página e selecione o idioma atualmente exibido para abrir o painel de idiomas. Na lista suspensa, selecione um idioma e país/região diferente e selecione Salvar.

No Outlook para Windows, você pode alternar entre a Faixa de Opções Simplificada e a faixa de opções clássica quando desejar. Certifique-se de que “Em breve” está ativado como na captura de tela e clique na seta no canto inferior direito da faixa de opções clássica para transformá-la na Faixa de Opções Simplificada..

Le nouveau ruban simplifié pour Office est conçu pour que les utilisateurs puissent se concentrer sur leurs tâches et collaborer plus facilement les uns avec les autres. Nous aimerions avoir votre avis sur le fonctionnement des versions traduites de ce ruban dans Word Online, PowerPoint Online et Outlook pour Windows (uniquement disponibles pour les membres du programme Office Insider).

Ce sondage se déroulera du jeudi 22 novembre au dimanche 16 décembre 2018. Pour le pimenter un peu, nous choisirons au hasard 3 participants qui recevront chacun un bon d’achat Amazon de 100 $ (environ 80 €) !

Basculer vers le ruban simplifié

Dans Word Online et PowerPoint Online vous devez vous connecter avec votre compte Microsoft sur http://onedrive.live.com. Normalement, le ruban simplifié est activé par défaut. Si ce n’est pas le cas, vous trouverez une option pour l’activer dans le coin supérieur droit de l’écran. Si celle-ci n’apparaît pas, cela signifie que, malheureusement, le ruban simplifié n’est pas encore disponible pour vous. Dans ce cas, nous vous invitons à vous reconnecter ultérieurement. Ne vous inquiétez pas, vous pourrez bientôt accéder à cette option.

Modifier la langue d’affichage de Word Online ou PowerPoint Online Une fois connecté avec un compte Microsoft, si vous souhaitez afficher l’interface de OneDrive dans une autre langue, sélectionnez Paramètres en haut de la page, puis cliquez sur la langue en cours d’utilisation pour ouvrir le volet Langue. Une liste déroulante s’affiche, vous permettant de modifier les paramètres linguistiques. Une fois vos choix effectués, cliquez sur Enregistrer.

Dans Outlook pour Windows, vous pouvez basculer entre la version simplifiée et classique du ruban. Vérifiez que l’option « Bientôt disponible » est activée comme sur la capture d’écran ci-dessous, puis cliquez sur la flèche vers le bas située dans le coin inférieur droit du ruban classique pour le réduire à l’état de ruban simplifié.

Microsoft アカウントでサインイン後、OneDrive が異なる言語で表示されている場合、ページ上部の [設定] を選び、現在表示されている言語を選択します。ドロップダウンから、異なる言語と国/地域を選び、[保存] を選択します。

Outlook for Windows では、シンプルリボンとクラシックリボンを切り替えることができます。スクリーンショットのように [近日公開の機能] が有効になっていることを確認してください。右下隅の下向き矢印をクリックすると、全幅のクラシックリボンと折りたたんだシンプルリボンを切り替えることができます。

Activar la Cinta simplificada

Lo verás en la parte superior de la pantalla, a la derecha. Si no lo ves, significa que lamentablemente aún no tienes disponible la Cinta simplificada de Office. Vuelve a comprobarlo más adelante, ya que pronto debería estar disponible.

Cambiar el idioma en Word Online o PowerPoint Online Si has iniciado sesión con una cuenta Microsoft, para ver tu OneDrive en otro idioma, selecciona Configuración en la parte superior de la página y después el idioma que se muestra actualmente para abrir el panel Idioma. En la lista desplegable, selecciona otro idioma y otro país u otra región, y después la opción Guardar.

En Outlook para Windows, puedes cambiar de la Cinta simplificada a la cinta clásica y viceversa. Asegúrate de que la opción “Próximamente” está habilitada como en la captura de pantalla y haz clic en el símbolo de flecha hacia abajo de la esquina inferior derecha de la cinta clásica completa para contraerla y ver la Cinta simplificada.

Hvis du ikke kan se til/fra-knappen, er Forenklet bånd desværre endnu ikke tilgængelig for dig. Vend endelig tilbage regelmæssigt, da båndet bør blive tilgængeligt snart.

Sådan skifter du sprog i Word Online eller PowerPoint Online Hvis du er logget på med en Microsoft-konto, kan du få vist OneDrive på et andet sprog ved at vælge Indstillinger øverst på siden og derefter vælge det sprog, der bruges i øjeblikket for at få vist ruden Sprog. Vælg et andet sprog og land/område i rullemenuen, og vælg derefter Gem.

I Outlook for Windows kan du skifte frem og tilbage mellem Forenklet bånd og det klassiske bånd. Kontrollér, at "Kommer snart" er aktiveret – ligesom på skærmbilledet – og klik på den nedadpegende pil i nederste højre hjørne af det fulde klassiske bånd for at minimere det til Forenklet bånd.

Aktivieren des vereinfachten Menübands

In Word Online und PowerPoint Online müssen Sie sich mit einem persönlichen Microsoft-Konto via http://onedrive.live.com anmelden. Das vereinfachte Menüband sollte standardmäßig aktiviert sein, aber falls nicht, können Sie dies über die unten abgebildete Umschaltfläche ändern. Diese finden Sie oben rechts in der Anzeige. Sollten Sie die Umschaltfläche nicht sehen, ist das vereinfachte Menüband von Office für Sie leider noch nicht verfügbar. Aber sehen Sie bald wieder nach, das sollte sich in Kürze ändern.

Ändern der Sprache in Word Online oder PowerPoint Online Wenn Sie mit einem Microsoft-Konto angemeldet sind und Ihr OneDrive in einer anderen Sprache anzeigen möchten, wählen Sie oben auf der Seite die Einstellungen aus, und klicken Sie dann auf die aktuell angezeigte Sprache, um das Fenster mit den Sprachen zu öffnen. Wählen Sie im Dropdown eine andere Sprache und ein anderes Land bzw. eine andere Region aus und speichern Sie die Änderungen.

In Outlook für Windows können Sie zwischen dem vereinfachten Menüband und dem klassischen Menüband hin- und herschalten. Zapnutí zjednodušeného pásu karet

Ve Wordu Online a PowerPointu Online se budete muset přihlásit pomocí osobního účtu Microsoft přes http://onedrive.live.com. Zjednodušený pás karet by měl být ve výchozím nastavení zapnutý, ale pokud není, můžete použít níže zobrazené přepínače. Nacházejí se v horní části obrazovky napravo. Pokud je nevidíte, znamená to, že zjednodušený pás karet pro vás bohužel zatím není dostupný. Zkuste to ale prosím brzo znovu zkontrolovat, protože se postupně zpřístupňuje pro další a další účty.

Změna jazyka ve Wordu Online nebo PowerPointu Online Pokud jste přihlášení pomocí účtu Microsoft a chcete si OneDrive zobrazit v jiném jazyce, vyberte v horní části stránky tlačítko Nastavení a pak výběrem aktuálně zobrazeného jazyka otevřete podokno Jazyk. V rozevíracím seznamu můžete vybrat jiný jazyk a případně i variantu používanou v požadované zemi/oblasti. Pak zvolte Uložit.

V Outlooku pro Windows můžete libovolně přepínat mezi zjednodušeným a klasickým pásem karet. Ujistěte se, že máte zapnutou možnost Připravujeme jako na snímku obrazovky níže, a kliknutím na šipku v pravém dolním rohu úplného, klasického pásu karet ho můžete sbalit na zjednodušený.

Switching on the Simplified Ribbon

In Word Online and PowerPoint Online you will need to sign in with a personal Microsoft account via http://onedrive.live.com. The Simplified Ribbon should be on by default but if not, you can use the toggle as shown. This is on the top of the screen to the right. If you do not see the toggle unfortunately the Office Simplified Ribbon is not available for you yet. Please do check back though as it should be available soon.

Change language in Word Online or PowerPoint Online If you are signed in with a Microsoft account, to view your OneDrive in a different language, select Settings at the top of the page, then select the language currently displayed to open the Language pane. From the dropdown, select a different language and country/region, and then select Save.

In Outlook for Windows you can switch back and forth between the Simplified Ribbon and the classic ribbon. Ensure ‘Coming Soon’ is enabled as per the screenshot and click the downward pointing caret in the lower right corner of the full, classic ribbon to collapse it to the Simplified Ribbon.

A fair point If I am totally honest it is to make my life easier and my posts shorter! It is a not a new name at all.

I try to be as generic as possible as the audience on here can be either consumer (using O365 Home or O365 Personal), small medium business (using O365 Business, O365 Business Premium or O365 Business Essentials) or large enterprise (using O365 Proplus, O365 Enterprise E1, O365 Enterprise E3 or O365 Enterprise E5). So rather then mentioning all those I just go with Office 365 for Windows Desktop. I hope that explains why.

On October 30^th, 2018, Microsoft released Office for Windows Desktop version 1810 (Build 11001.20074). Our Office International team translated this update into 44 languages. Here are some of my favourite new features that shipped in this release:

My personal favourite in Word is now you can insert animated 3D graphics into your word document. You can see T-Rex giving you the evil eye in your word document!

In PowerPoint you sketch, and we polish: You can now change hand-drawn text and shapes into refined diagrams. Just select your ink strokes to get started. You can also write over a shape with your pen and use the Ink to Text button to automatically convert your handwritten ink to typed text on the shape. Have a look at this video to see it action...

On October 19^th, 2018, Microsoft released an updated version of Office for Android (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) Build 16.0.11001.20074, in 68 languages. Our Office International team translated this latest update. Below are some of the new features available for the first time to Office 365 subscribers using Office for Android on their tablet or phone.

The coolest feature to be added to Excel for Android in a while is insert data from a picture. Have you ever wanted to scan a receipt or table-type information, like a recipe, into Excel? On October 15^th, 2018, Microsoft released an updated version of Office for iPad/iPhone to Office 365 subscribers - Version 2.18 (18100900) in 35 languages. Our Office International team translated this release. Here are some of the new features included this month:

You can now insert and edit icons in Excel, PowerPoint and Word: Use icons to add visual impact to your document by inserting and editing one or more of our 500 icons.

More Printing options in PowerPoint: You can now print what you want: slides with notes, multiple slides on a page, or full-page slides.

On October 16th, 2018 Microsoft released Office 365 for Mac Version 16.18.18101400 in 27 languages. Our Office International team was responsible for translating this release. Here is a small selection of the new features you will see when you update to it.

PowerPoint Animation triggers aren't just in Windows anymore. Find them on the Animations tab on the Mac platform.

Collaborate with comments in Excel: Keep the conversation going right in your worksheet with the built-in reply box.

Office 365 apps are now infused with artificial intelligence (AI) to help you do your best work. The Excel Ideas pane uses AI to create smart, actionable suggestions that save you time and enhance your content.

Improved Search in Outlook: Find items faster by viewing your search history and suggestions as soon as you click in the Search field. Also search across a specific mailbox by clicking the Current Mailbox button in the Search tab.

Nous organisons un concours afin de recevoir le maximum de retours sur la version française de la fonctionnalité Idées intégrée à Excel. Par ailleurs, si vous maîtrisez l'allemand, l'espagnol, le chinois (simplifié) et/ou le japonais, nous serions ravis de recevoir vos commentaires sur les adaptations de la fonctionnalité Idées dans ces langues. Si vous souhaitez en savoir plus sur la fonctionnalité Idées sur Excel, consultez cet article sur notre site de support. Vous y trouverez plusieurs suggestions et échantillons de données, tableaux et grilles Excel à analyser.

Pour pouvoir utiliser la fonctionnalité Idées, vous devez participer au programme Office Insiders et posséder une licence d'abonnement Office 365 valide. Le concours se déroulera du 26 septembre au 24 octobre 2018. Vous pouvez participer en utilisant Excel pour Mac (16.17.18090901) ou Excel pour Windows (16.0.10730.20102).

Lancez-vous ! Le concours est simple, il suffit de répondre aux questions suivantes :

La fonctionnalité marche-t-elle correctement ? Indiquez-nous ce qui va, ce qui ne va pas, ce que nous pourrions améliorer.
Les résultats d'analyses de données sont-ils pertinents ? Précisez de nouveau les points forts et les points faibles, susceptibles d'être corrigés ou renforcés.
La traduction de cette fonctionnalité est-elle correcte ? Si vous repérez quoi que ce soit à corriger ou améliorer, merci de nous en faire part.

Comment participer...

Rendez-vous sur la page Competition of the Office International Community (dont le contenu est en anglais), cliquez sur « Start a new conversation » (« Commencer une conversation ») et publiez un commentaire à propos du problème que vous avez repéré. Veillez à noter le plus d'informations possible. Plus vous serez précis, plus vous aurez de chances de gagner !

Nos gustaría conocer su opinión acerca de la característica Ideas de Excel en las versiones localizadas (no inglesas) del producto, concretamente para estos idiomas: chino (simplificado), francés, alemán, japonés y español. En este artículo de ayuda podrán ver de qué trata la característica. Ofrece varias sugerencias rápidas de análisis de datos, creadas a partir de tablas y datos en la cuadrícula de Excel.

Es necesario ser miembro del programa Office Insiders y disponer de una licencia de una suscripción a Office 365 para poder usar esta función. En esta competición, que tendrá lugar del 25 de septiembre al 24 de octubre, se podrán usar Excel para Mac (16.17.18090901) o Excel en Windows (16.0.10730.20102).

En general, ¿la característica funciona correctamente? También nos gustaría saber qué funciona mejor o cómo podríamos mejorar la experiencia de uso.
