What is the expectation for reporting an issue or concern in the Feedback Hub app built into Windows 11? I noticed I reported some feedback over 6 months ago, but there was never any acknowledgment on it.

Microsoft
shin0933 Thanks for the question and for joining us in Windows and Intune Office Hours! When you add feedback to the Windows 11 Feedback Hub, Microsoft does review the feedback provided by users. However, whether you receive a direct response can vary. Here are some key points to consider:
- Review Process: Microsoft collects and reviews feedback to identify common issues, feature requests, and areas for improvement. This helps them prioritize updates and fixes.
- Direct Responses: While Microsoft does respond to some feedback, especially if they need more information or if the feedback is particularly impactful, not all feedback will receive a direct response due to the volume of submissions.
- Updates and Announcements: Sometimes, feedback that has been acted upon will be addressed in update notes or announcements, rather than through direct communication.
- Community Engagement: Engaging with the community through forums and other channels can sometimes lead to more visibility for your feedback and potential responses from Microsoft representatives.
I do recommend joining the Insiders Preview program and Microsoft Customer Connection Program if you haven't already. For CCP: https://aka.ms/JoinCCP
