Several awards say to “Choose one solution.” in the Executive Summary. Does this mean that we can only include one client engagement as part of the submission?
- AlexaDespenas
Microsoft
Hello, I would recommend choosing the most impactful solution to focus on within your submission.
- cnicholsCopper Contributor
Hi, can you please clarify: Can multiple client engagements be included under the umbrella of "one solution" if the solution featured is the same across clients?
- LarryGregoryCopper Contributor
One solution could apply to multiple clients. I recommend including 2 mini-case studies (tuned to Microsoft audiences)
- rackelsonCopper Contributor
Many awards have this as an eligibility requirement: “Apps and agents built by partners must use Azure Application Platform, Azure Data Platform (databases and/or Microsoft Fabric) and Azure AI Platform services – all three.” Confirming this means that each client solution included in the submission needs to include all three, not that all three need to be present in the submission overall?
- cnicholsCopper Contributor
Bumping - Can we please get clarity on whether all three solutions must be present for every client engagement featured within the submission?
- AlexaDespenas
Microsoft
Thank you for your patience as I waited to hear back from our internal teams. I can confirm that each client solution included in the submission needs to include all three.

How about Luxembourg ? I don't see any info. Tx
- LarryGregoryCopper Contributor
Luxembourg was a country award last year, so I'd assume they will be this year. You can check in the tool on June 18.

JillArmourMicrosoft AlexaDespenas - is there a date/month confirmed for when winners/finalists will be acknowledged and announced?

Can you have URL Links or IMAGES embedded into the submission stories?
- AlexaDespenas
Microsoft
Hi Adrianne, you can include URLs as part of the executive summary section of the submission form.
- cnicholsCopper Contributor
Hi - can Microsoft please clarify best practice here? Larry and Alexa have provided different answers.
- LarryGregoryCopper Contributor
The tool allows for URL links associated with your nomination. I don't recommend using up characters within your nomination for URLs. Don't rely on judges to go to external URLs - your key content should be visible without going to other links.
Images can be pasted in the nomination window, but the format matters (e.g. pasting as an Office image uses up character count).

There are a couple of awards that state you must be a Training Service Partner - is this a new requirement - will the submission count if you meet all other requirements? Including all six designations and 15 specializations?
Training Services Partners – must be enrolled in the Training Services Partner Program and achieved Solutions Partner for Training service designation.

Hi there, for awards that have multiple eligibility scenarios, at least one needs to be met. If your organization meets at least one of the requirements, entries will be accepted.

The nomination window hasn't opened yet, it will open on June 18th at 10am PST and at that point you will be able to access the portal and submit your nomination.
- LarryGregoryCopper Contributor
It doesn't open until June 18

Dear Jill
I hope this message finds you well.
Could you please provide information on the following aspects?
- Award Categories – What are the different award categories, and how are they defined?
- Eligibility and Requirements – What are the criteria or prerequisites for applying to each category?
- Submission Format – Are there specific formats or templates required for the applications?
- Recommendations – Do you have any tips or best practices for preparing a strong submission?
- Timeline and Process – What is the timeline for submissions, evaluations, and announcements? How should one go about applying?
I would greatly appreciate any documentation, links, or additional guidance you could share on this.

When, in the eligibility section for an award, it says “Partner must have a public or private IP/SaaS solution or services offering published in Microsoft AppSource or Azure Marketplace, that has been implemented successfully” – does that mean specifically a solution related to this award area? This question applies to all submissions. Nearly every award has some variation of this verbiage about having a publicly available and/or co-sell eligible IP/SaaS solution.
- cnicholsCopper Contributor
Bumping this question. Can we please get clarity on whether the partner must have a public or private IP/SaaS solution published for the specific solution featured in the award submission?
- AlexaDespenas
Microsoft
Hello, if the award requirements state that the solution is co-sell eligible, this indicates the solution associated with the submission must meet that requirement.
- suecontiCopper Contributor
In the Guideline write up under eligibility it states Solution is IP co-sell and partner participates in ISV offers – is it really both – you can have an IP Co-sell without being an ISV.
Solution is IP Co-sell eligible and Partner participates in Microsoft ISV offers (e.g., Marketplace
Rewards, ISV ACR Growth, Marketplace Transact & Grow)
