- Right now, I have a trial for Intune Plan 2. When will the Advanced Endpoint Analytics features start activating so we can evaluate? Right now, it tells me to just "add the license" which I have done.
JaminAlmondIt can take up to 48 hours for the features to be enabled once you assign licensing. Please ensure you are using Intune Suite trial licenses, which includes Advanced Endpoint Analytics.

- Endpoint Analytics is the unsung hero of Intune (and now Lighthouse)
- A useful adjunct feature for Remote Help would be a Remote Console feature to allow a remote background shell session on Windows (PowerShell) and Mac (bash/zsh) to allow helper to start an interactive command line session in user or system/root context without any user interaction. Other remote connections tools offer this. Any plans to add this?

- I know this is not Tunnel or Remote Help related, but we have had more and more issues with the initial setup of devices getting the initial setup "Updating your device" stage and required apps installed, requiring a reset. This is in Android 95% of the time, both phones and tablets. Redoing it usually resolves the issue but we are about to do a large deployment and I cannot manually reset up to 100+ devices.
- Will we get more Settings Catalogs for other browser configuration? Right now Edge for Windows & Mac is supported and also Chrome on Windows. Can we please have additional support for FireFox and Chrome on both Windows & Mac?

- I am with a very small company. We purchased Microsoft 365 E5 subscriptions which included Microsoft Intune. Is there a serie of Quick start videos for setting up and managing Intune where everyting is BYOD and all users are in home offices?

Especially now that Microsoft has thrown away their security and privacy focused restrictions imposed by the UWP api and MSIX packages, allowing _anything_ that will run silently, we should expect every application from Microsoft to be found in the Microsoft Store.

- Please build Remote Help central dashboard into Microsoft 365 Lighthouse. This is the main place for service providers to manage devices and having Remote Help built in would make it sell like hotcakes.
