- BillWalterCopper ContributorI have a Microsoft 365 E5 subscription. It includes Intune. Does that mean I have access to all the features of Intune that you described in the sessions over the past two days ordo I need to purchase additional pieces?

Microsoft E5 does include the capabilities of Intune Plan 1. This does not include the advanced endpoint management functionality that is included in the Intune Suite. You would need to add the Intune Suite license or any of the individual add-ons to access the new capabilities we announced on March 1st and are discussing at this Tech Accelerator.
- ccadenasaBrass ContributorYou will need extra add-ons or get the Intune Suite licenses > https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/business/microsoft-intune-pricing
- Mika_SeitsonenBrass ContributorIs there going to be M365E7 or something like that which would include Intune Suite? BTW, where is E4? 😉

Great demos! How much of the Microsoft Intune Suite components are GCC/FedRAMP for Public Sector? If not, is it on the roadmap, and when?

We are working on ensuring that the capabilities of the Intune Suite will be available for customers but we don't have the timeline available to share at this time.
- Mika_SeitsonenBrass ContributorWill Remote Help for Android be made available for other scenarios apart from COSU? If so, when aka are they on the roadmap?
- David_SwensonIron ContributorShout to @Kara Wang! The new OneDrive Settings Catalog for MacOS works great and we have started using in production!
- David_SwensonIron ContributorTotally threw this to Kara cause I heard "Mac" lol - great job all around guys!
- PaulPringleBrass ContributorWhat's the ETA for remote Mac support?

Microsoft
We don't have the exact timeline right now but you can expect to see it coming in Preview this calendar year.
- treyeshcvtCopper ContributorI am excited to the MS Intune Suite you have shown here. There are a lot to take on and I was wondering if you have some Best Practices documentation and pathway to tackle on each of these Intune categories.

Microsoft
As the capabilities roll out we will update our documentation and each are available for a trial. Depending on the needs of your organization, you have the flexibility to add any or all the solutions when you're ready to try.- treyeshcvtCopper ContributorWhere is the best place to subscribe on the updates? I am more of a visual person. So a diagram of some sort to know updates and the system requirements will be beneficial.
- ccadenasaBrass Contributordo you need to create a dedicated Microsoft Tunnel to use Tunnel for MAM?

Thanks for participating in the Tech Accelerator! For reference, the panel covered this topic at around 07:10. - TranHuuDinhNguyen1Copper ContributorFor MAC, we are using Jamf, so Intune remote help does not help, Am i correct?
- Pascal_MayCopper ContributorFor Remote Help. Is it necessary for the Supporter to have a Device in the same Tenant as the Customer, or can you give help to any Tenant? Who needs the license if you help as an external help, the one helping or the receiving the help? I had issues connecting via Remote Help to one of our Customers, my code was never accepted. Neither with an internal nor with my CSP Account, so we had to fall back to other solutions in our Tests with it...
