Will the ability for remote unattended connection be coming anytime soon. That is one of the features i miss from SCCM. Would rather use the management system we are using than 3rd party app (which we have to use just now)

Ali11CH Thanks for the feedback. Unattended is available today for Android devices, but we are investigating the best way to make it available in Windows, giving the best overall admin and user (or userless, I suppose) experience. Stay tuned.

Will there ever be support for Remote Control of unattended / userless MacOS devices?

No, we don't currently have any support for AVD Windows 11 Multisession. This is something that we are planning on working on in the next year.

What type of license should I have in order to be able to access remote help?

Share your feedback and help shape the direction of future events on the Tech Community!

  • We really need Unattended for kiosks, or VIP users that can't babysit their laptops for long periods, and to allow Support to reboot the machine and then reconnect afterwards. Is this on the roadmap?

Unattended sessions for Android devices is available today. The team is actively working on Unattended sessions for Windows devices and this is a high priority feature for us.
