- Ali11CHIron ContributorWill the ability for remote unattended connection be coming anytime soon. That is one of the features i miss from SCCM. Would rather use the management system we are using than 3rd party app (which we have to use just now)
- Kara_WangMicrosoftWe're working on unattended connection for Windows Remote Help currently, it's a top priority for us.
- wbeaudryCopper ContributorWill there ever be support for Remote Control of unattended / userless MacOS devices?
- Kara_WangMicrosoftThanks for the feedback, this feature is on the backlog and we'd be interested in hearing more from you. Feel free to IM me or use aka.ms/intunefeedback.

Welcome to Simple and secure helpdesk support using Remote Help in Intune and the second annual Microsoft Technical Takeoff for Windows + Intune! Have a question? Post here in the Comments so we can help. Let’s make this an active Q&A!
- JerryPhommarathCopper ContributorIs there any support for AVD Windows 11 Multisession for Remote Help?
- Kara_WangMicrosoftNo, we don't currently have any support for AVD Windows 11 Multisession. This is something that we are planning on working on in the next year.
- Murilo_AmorimCopper ContributorWhat type of license should I have in order to be able to access remote help?
- Joe_LurieMicrosoft
Hi Murilo_Amorim Remote Help is part of the Intune Suite premium add-ons. Or it can be trialed or purchased a la carte as a stand-alone product.
- Kara_WangMicrosoftYou would either need the Remote Help standalone add-on or the Intune Suite license. Learn more here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/intune-add-ons#available-add-ons
- Murilo_AmorimCopper ContributorSo remote help is not part of Microsoft 365 E5 license? it's a addon? Thank you

- Paul_WoodwardIron ContributorWe really need Unattended for kiosks, or VIP users that can't babysit their laptops for long periods, and to allow Support to reboot the machine and then reconnect afterwards. Is this on the roadmap?
- Kara_WangMicrosoftUnattended sessions for Android devices is available today. The team is actively working on Unattended sessions for Windows devices and this is a high priority feature for us.
