Thank you all for the feedback. It's obvious we need some better checks in place to ensure this is as smooth as we can make it (without sacrificing meeting management needs). We always skip December so there is no community call next month, but we will use the time to review and revisit the workflow and make changes. Again, thank you for the feedback and we do hope to see you in the second call today or back in January.

I eventually noticed that there was an invite in my calendar but I did not receive it through the outlook email window - check your outlook calendar to see if there is the invite with the link there - I have tried to copy it

Upcoming November 2025 Microsoft 365 Champion Community Call | Microsoft Community Hub 

I followed the instructions provided by another Champion. I went here: Upcoming November 2025 Microsoft 365 Champion Community Call | Microsoft Community Hub, then needed to re-register for the AM Champion Call. Once I clicked register, the button appeared to Join on the screen and I was finally able to get into the webinar.

I went back to the email Nov 20, registered for the call and am waiting for a reply with a link I hope - although while waiting for this I was able to register and receive a code for another event (not MS)

Beyond ridiculous. I had this event on my calendar for a week, and now it's just fussing around to join it. Champions.. 

I can't find a link to get in to the meeting.
