Word will not print, all other apps print fine
When i print with word (office 365), the printer does not print and i can see the file in the print spooler for a few seconds then dissapears. All other apps can print fine, Edge, excel, chrome, etc. no problem, only with word.
So far, i've repaired and uninstalled/reinstalled office 365 and i have erased the normal.dotm file without success.
I've also noticed that printing to "microsoft print to PDF" does create a PDF file but the file is unreadable by any pdf viewer.
I suspect something wrong with word but where?
Thanks.
Stephane

Jeff, Here's what I found yesterday that finally worked for us. In Word, File >> Options >> Display. I scrolled down to the bottom and removed all printing options checkboxes (there were 2 checked, but I have forgotten what they were). Took way longer than it should have because I thought it was an add-on since I could print when opening Word safe mode or winword.exe /a.

A resolution would have been really nice. Having the exact same issues. Print to PDF's corrupted, eveything prints but word docs. ugh

Was this ever resolved? I have a client PC with the exact same symptoms.
stephaneadmin Try using one of the free "Print to PDF" utilities such as PrimoPDF and see if that prints correctly.
If you want to upload the pdf that you created using the Microsoft Print to PDF utility, I will investigate that issue.
