Print area issue

I have an issue with a customised document size (21cm X 10cm) when printing. When I go to print preview the print area is a reduced size of the document (I can only view and print half of the document).
I've used the same document for years and it hasn't occurred before. I've tried creating a new document of the same size and the same thing happens with the new doc. It's as if some print area setting has been accidently altered but I cannot locate anything.

Different document, same size, same issue with different printers

Thanks for the reply. This is the third time I've replied to you but whenever I log in my post is not here.
All the settings are as you have shown. I've tried on 2 different printers and the preview is the same. If I print as PDF the preview is correct.

Since you've been using this same document/template for years, it sounds like the printer defaults are what has changed. But start here...

When you're in Print Preview, below the preview, does it indicate you are looking at Page 1 of 2? With Page 2 being the 2nd half of your tabled document? Since your paper measurements are roughly twice as wide as tall, it looks like the print job is selecting Portrait mode for you.

Print Settings - first does the print setting indicate Landscape mode? And 1 page per sheet? Assuming these settings are correct, go to

Printer Properties - Is the Printer pulling directions from the document file Print Settings? Landscape, 1 page per sheet?

If everything is looking like it should (landscape, 1 page per sheet), try refreshing the printer/Word connection. Switch to a different printer (I suggest Microsoft Print to PDF). Does it still show a bad preview? If it looks right now, switch back to your original printer. Did that fix it?

If not, try opening and printing other landscaped documents. If they are behaving badly also, it's possible that an auto-update to the printer driver didn't go well. If you are the only user on the printer, you might try 1) turning it off and back on again (yes, really), 2) removing/reinstalling the printer. If this is a networked printer controlled by the IT guy, tell them they broke it or another user changed settings on the printer.

I've since updated the driver but still have the same issue. I've done a work around and changed the document dimensions around and the orientation, and am now able to print. The original problem still remains however.

I've tried printing on different printers, including a newly installed one,  but it's the same result. With Print to PDF the preview is good. Printer Properties are as you described.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried connecting to different printers, including a newly installed one, and the result is the same. If I choose print Print to PDF the preview is ok. No other document has the issue. I created a new doc with the same dimensions but the same issue occurs. It does seem to be a printer issue so I will check the Printer Properties on all of them again.
