Draw with touch pen issue

Use Drawing feature for study purposes, with Huion tablet.

Once Scrolling up or down to the next page, using ARROW and mouse, then, to return to Draw we must click a Pen.

Many times, we forget and just start drawing again ---> and the drawings become shapes !!!  see image attached.

PLEASE advise, how to return to Pen automatically without suffering the Shapes stage... and without having to select a pen each time.

BTW, we use the same tablet and Draw feature in another office, and this works perfect. after using the arrow to scroll, then using the Pen immediately returns to drawing 🙂
