Two different icons for device manager utility?
I double clicked device manager and they have two different icons.

The one to the left is Windows 10 default icon, the one to the right is Microsoft Management Console default icon. Try to run or search "mmc.exe". That's the console that Windows has used since Windows 2000 to run a lot of the management tools
One might be a standard shortcut (like from the Start menu or desktop), and the other could be a custom or third-party shortcut with a different icon.
Some manufacturers or system customizations may assign a different icon to Device Manager. It might appear as a gear, a device, or a different hardware symbol, depending on the theme or customizations.
