preview build bug

I have had the last 2 builds if insider preview, there seems tob e a problem with a program call Ashampoo snap 14,   the export function no longer works.  You get a network error.   Ashampoo won't help me on this matter, because it a insider preview.   However, i can verify it works in the non preview version.  So something the preview build has caused this problem.  Prior to the last 2 preview builds it worked.  Now it does not
