Not able to update windows 11 and download from Microsoft Store

I am not able to update windows 11 insider build - Beta version. The moment I click on check for updates nothing happens.

I can see future updates are present.

Also, it is impacting windows store download feature, as I am getting error when trying to download from MSStore.

Troubleshoots

1. I tried troubleshooting, using update troubleshooter, but found no issue there.

2. Tried starting windows update service, but is not starting and going to disabled state.
