How to recover data from a corrupted hard drive on Windows 10?

Hello, I have a 2TB WD My Passport external hard drive that suddenly became inaccessible. Whenever I try to open it on Windows, I get an error message stating that the drive cannot be read. There is a lot of important data on the drive that I cannot afford to lose.

I’ve tried connecting the drive to different computers and using various USB cables, but none of these actions have worked. The drive is not showing up properly, and I can't access the data on it.

Does anyone know what steps I can take to recover the data or fix the drive? I would greatly appreciate any help or advice.
