Is it possible to switch licenses from Windows 365 Enterprise to Business?

Without reading the requirements completely, I purchased a Windows 365 Enterprise license. I now realize the Enterprise version requires a Windows AD which we don't have. We have no on-prem network/AD/DCs, etc. We're purely cloud based.

Is there a way to switch licenses from Enterprise to Business or will I have to cancel the Enterprise subscription and purchase a new Business subscription?
