File Normal and Word
Good morning,
yesterday I tried to open a word file on my computer. Being very old it was slow and so, after a series of operations that I can't list because of the excessive slowness of the pc, a window opened to save a Normal file.
What would it be ?

- Are you running Windows 10?
If not, what version of Windows are you using?
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if it improves?
