Windows 11's dark mode isn't fully implemented yet; the interface in older versions is white.
Although system-wide dark mode is enabled, legacy windows such as file properties, the Control Panel, and progress dialog boxes remain bright white.

This is a common issue because some older or legacy Windows components do not fully support dark mode, and their appearance remains unaffected by the system theme settings.
