Windows 11 system 24H2 cannot enter safe mode
After upgrading to 24H2, I cannot enter safe mode (prompting that the PIN is invalid). I reinstalled the system three times and the problem persisted. I suspect that virtualization or security features are conflicting, preventing me from uninstalling the graphics card driver through safe mode.

The most common reasons after an update like 24H2 are:
Corrupted Boot Configuration Data (BCD): The update might have damaged the boot records that include the Safe Mode option.
Driver Conflicts: A faulty driver, especially a graphics driver, can prevent the advanced startup menu from displaying correctly.
System File Corruption: Critical system files required for booting into recovery environments might be damaged.

Since you can't get in normally, you need to trigger the Windows Recovery Environment. The easiest way to do this is by interrupting the normal boot process 3 times in a row.
If you can't trigger WinRE with the above method, you'll need to create bootable media on another working computer.
