While the computer was running, a sudden power outage occurred. Upon restoring power and rebooting the PC, it experienced a failure during start-up. A progress wheel resembling the "Wheel of Doom" attributed to Billy Bloatware turned 90 degrees and froze. Subsequently, initiating a reset led to the activation of Automatic Repair, guiding the user to a troubleshooting screen. The user proceeded to access the command prompt in an attempt to fix the system by executing the command "DISM /online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth." Unexpectedly, the system did not recognize these commands.

Interestingly, upon attempting the same command when the Windows 11 operating system was functioning correctly, it executed without any issues.
