Number Lock issue STILL Happening

A while ago, Microsoft (in their infinite wisdom) destroyed the number lock feature on all PCs with a Windows 10 update.  Year later - still an issue.  Every PC I install I have to alter the registry to fix the number lock issue.  Why has this not been addressed yet?  2 registry keys have to be changed every time.  How hard would it be to update the code to fix this?  

I know it is a small thing but SO frustrating!
