My iPhone screen not responding to touch after restart, any suggestion?

My iPhone screen has recently stopped responding to touch. No matter how I click, it doesn't respond. Restarting doesn't work. It feels like it's "frozen". I'm using a Windows 11 laptop. I tried restoring it with iTunes, but it just wouldn't connect. The phone is completely unresponsive, as if it's in a "silent abyss". Has anyone encountered a similar situation and knows how to solve this problem? Now my phone has become a decoration. It's really urgent. Please help!

If your iPhone screen isn't responding to touch, cleaning the screen might help. Before cleaning, turn off your iPhone to prevent any accidental touches. Next, Get a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels or rough fabrics, as they can scratch the screen.

Gently wipe the screen in circular motions. Be careful not to press too hard, as excessive pressure can cause damage. Once the screen is clean and dry, turn your iPhone back on and check if the touch response has improved. This  is a very simple way to fix iPhone screen not responding to touch by cleaning the screen.

Haha, I have tried this method before, wiping the screen with a clean cloth, thinking that such a simple operation might be able to solve the iPhone screen not responding to touch problem. But in the end, it didn't work at all! Maybe my problem is more like a system bug, not a dirty screen problem. Have you tried this method? Have you come across any other more effective solutions?
