How to unlock iphone password if forgot on a windows pc

Hey everyone, I need some help!

I forgot my iPhone password and can’t get into my phone at all. Tried using iTunes on my Windows PC to unlock it, but it either throws an error or just gets stuck.

Now I’m not sure what to do next. Do I have to reset my phone completely, or is there another way to unlock it? If anyone has been through this and found a fix, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!
