Windows 10 Update 22H2 Stuck at 61% Installation Progress

    Disconnect any unnecessary peripherals (USB devices, external hard drives, etc.) that may be interfering with the installation.

    Run the system file checker tool: 

    sfc /scannow

    After these complete, try updating again.
