Windows 10 stuck and never gets into the desktop?
It says this device ran into a problem and needs to restart. However, the problem still exists even after a couple of restart.

The error message you're seeing is a "stop error" or "blue screen of death" (BSOD). It indicates a critical issue that Windows can't recover from on its own. The fact that it persists after restarts points to a more persistent problem, rather than a temporary glitch.

So, let’s break this down. You boot up your computer, ready to tackle the day, and it decides to throw a tantrum, saying, “This device ran into a problem and needs to restart.” I mean, come on, Windows! What kind of message is that? It’s like your computer is texting you after a rough night out: “Hey, I messed up—let’s just forget this ever happened.” But unlike a good buddy, it doesn't stop with just one attempt. Nope! It constantly needs to "restart" like it's auditioning for a reality show: “Survivor: Desktop Edition!”

If your Windows 10 PC is stuck in a boot loop and displays an error message like "This device ran into a problem and needs to restart," it indicates a critical system issue. This could be caused by corrupt system files, faulty drivers, hardware issues, or recent updates.

If you had restore points enabled, you can revert to a previous state.
Type rstrui.exe in the Run dialog (Windows + R) to initiate System Restore.
If the issue persists, consider resetting Windows (Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC).

Boot into the recovery and run the troubleshoot option to fix this.

It sounds like your Windows 10 is stuck in a boot loop. Try booting into Safe Mode by pressing F8 or Shift + F8 when restarting. From there, you can troubleshoot or uninstall recent updates or drivers that might be causing the issue. If that doesn’t work, you could try a system restore or use the "Startup Repair" tool from the advanced startup options.
