Printer will not scan to Windows 10 PC
Anyone run into this problem? would deleting the printer and reinstalling it do the trick? Or is it the Windows 10 PC settings?
Ensure the printer is properly connected to the network (if it's a network printer) or directly to the PC (if it's a USB printer).
If it's a wireless printer, ensure both the printer and the PC are on the same Wi-Fi network.To update drivers:
- Right-click on the Start button and choose "Device Manager."
- Expand the "Printers" section, right-click your printer, and select "Update driver."
Use portable scanning app instead. Like CamScanner, adobe scan.
