Printer will not scan to Windows 10 PC
Anyone run into this problem? would deleting the printer and reinstalling it do the trick? Or is it the Windows 10 PC settings?
Ensure the printer is properly connected to the network (if it's a network printer) or directly to the PC (if it's a USB printer).
If it's a wireless printer, ensure both the printer and the PC are on the same Wi-Fi network. To update drivers:
- Right-click on the Start button and choose "Device Manager."
- Expand the "Printers" section, right-click your printer, and select "Update driver."

Use portable scanning app instead. Like CamScanner, adobe scan.

If the printer is connected via USB, ensure the cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the PC. If you’re using a network printer, check that the printer and PC are on the same network. You can try printing a network configuration page from the printer’s control panel to check its IP address.
