Disappearing browser app icon on taskbar

Hi, all.
I created a Google Gemini app from Edge. I selected the image I wanted to use for the icon and had Edge pin the app to by taskbar. When the app is first put on the taskbar, the icon is there. But once you load the app, the icon on the taskbar disappears and doesn't come back.

That blank space should be the Gemini logo icon I created. As you can see, it's not there. I've recreated the app, and the same thing happens.

Any assistance is welcome.

I'm on the RP channel running Version 25H2, OS Build 26200.6725

    It sounds like you're experiencing an issue where the pinned icon for your custom Google Gemini app disappears after launching, leaving a blank space on the taskbar. This can sometimes happen due to how Windows manages pinned icons and app icons, especially for progressive web apps (PWAs) or apps created via Edge.
